My request to move from a 2-bed to Queen bed room was done on 2nd day. Great clean room with hot water showers and wash basin. I had a very comfortable stay and made friends with the staff for the easy disposition. Free Wifi makes it even a better hotel for business travelers.

Everything was great, spacious rooms, great location, flat lcd tvs and helpful staff.

A big favourite of mine, will definitely stay here whenever in malate. Usually will stay for more than a week, its close proximity to the lrt station makes travelling a breeze avoiding the traffic jams.The big rooms and friendly staff are their biggest plus points.

The locations is close to Robinson Mall, Malate so food is never a problem. The Ezi Store is open 24 hours a day so you can always get things you need immediately.

the stay in kimberly is very nice this hotel have nice location and not far from all you need you do not need any type of transportation the robenson mall is at wolking distance and all restourants and even night life is only few yards to wolk

for the price range this would be one of the best hotels in manila to stay in. all the staff were so nice, friendly and very helpful. the rooms were nice, big and very clean. the whole hotel was spotless.the restaurant was nice, food great and the staff just so nice and very friendly.only one think on the down side was the hotel didn't have tea and coffee making facility's and the air-con was a little noisy.but that wont put me off staying again. the staff were just so nice, from the manger down.

2 day stay was upgraded upon arrival, had a very pleasant time. Would of stayed longer but they were fully booked. The best Hotel in the Malate/Ermita district, and ive tried all the others. Very safe to walk the area night and day, easy to get transport anytime.

the room is very clean and wide enough. the staff are very good and attentive. just a few minutes away from robinson's and many restaurants, so very convenient to stay. i wanna try again in my next visit.

this is a nice place, i have stayed many other places in ermita and this is my new favorite...recently updated rooms,nice staff and when i requested a non smoking superior room they didn't have one available so they gave me a free upgrade to a premier suite with a small kitchen, sofa, flat screen tv, etc....i will definitly stay here again...please don't increase your rates!!!

My 10th stay in this property, the hotel suits all my needs when i stay in Malate/Ermita. As a regular guest they make me feel so welcome. Will return again.

Big room, good bed, good location.

First time in Hotel Kimberly and enjoyed my stay. I had good size room and good wifi. Very pleased. Will stay again! Very close to Robinsons Mall where you could get everything you wanted.

“ショッピングモールに近くて便利なホテル”

マニラ中心部マラテに位置するショッピングモール（ロビンソン）近郊ホテルです。

ＬＲＴ（フィリピンの電車）ペドロヒルより徒歩2分圏で大変人通りの多い場所です。

近郊にはショッピングモールを始めコンビニ・レストラン・屋台等数多くあります。
中型ビルディングで、宿泊階は、7階で眺めが良かったです。
ホテルスタッフは、いつも笑顔で対応してくれて気持ちが良いです。
サービスでウェルカムフルーツがありました。
1階のレストランで朝食が取れます。部屋は、料金以上に広さがあり落ち着いた感じの部屋で、バスタブは、無かったですがシャワールームも広々してます。
夜遊び場所は、近郊には、特にない模様です。勿論セーフティーボックスも装備されております、（やや横長タイプ）今年の7月・8月もお世話になる予定です。

“コストパフォーマンスが良い”

あまり必要ないのだが朝食つき。和食も選べるが日本人には？の代物。エアコンはパナソニック製で一体型だが静か。スタッフは親切。無料WIFI。目の前の道が一方通行で繁華街への行きは徒歩、帰りはタクシーの利用可。前の道は深夜の一人歩きでも危険は感じなかった。また利用したい。

Perfect hotel for my needs

staff was accommodating enough when requested for a change of room with a better window view. the hotel's location is simply ideal for shopping because the mall is only 2 blocks away and i highly recommend this place for family trips. i feel it's a home away from home.

“快適！”

空港からタクシーで３０分程です。周辺には、歩いて２分位の所にロビンソンモールがあり、すぐ横にはミニストップがあります。飲食店も無数にあり、治安が少々不安でした。日本人だけの夜間の徒歩は控えた方が良いでしょう。ホテル自体は多少の古さはあるものの、綺麗でした。スタッフも丁寧でフレンドリーでした。場所はロビンソン裏口を出て、２００ｍ程の所です。外見は暗いので通り過ぎに注意です！

Shopping Tip : only a few minutes walk you will find 4 floors of great shopping at Robinsons Ermita. 15min taxi ride to Mall of Asia, and a 20 min taxi ride to Greenbelt Makati which is my favorite.

エアコンは非常に効きます。

朝食ですが、トンカツ、チキンカツ、牛たたき、焼き鳥なども定食スタイルであります。

good location near robinson shopping mall where you find everything your heart desires including fit flops. the vicinity is rather run down. the room is spacious and clean, the bed is very comfy

the hotel allowed us to check a few hours earlier than the check-in timing which was great!
