the hotel is near the robinsons mall is so food and shopping is no problem. it is also near the lrt station and taft avenue is commuting is convenient. the beds are quite small for a big man like myself. They should follow other hotels that provide bigger beds that can fit tourist with bigger body frame.

My husband and I stayed for 2 nights in the hotel. The staff were helpful. The room was big and clean but a little dated for me. The hotel is accessible as it is near the LRT Pedro Gil Station and it is near the Robinson's Manila Mall (just a 3 - minute walk from the hotel). The breakfast was okay, but there wasn't anything fancy. I think I saw 2 7-Eleven shops nearby and one Mini - Stop just outside the hotel.

If you are looking for a hotel that's "no frills," comfortable and accessible, this could be one of your choices. But if you want to be "wowed" I suggest you look for another.

This little jem was just what i was looking for. Its location was right between the huge Robinsons mall and the LRT rail station, each less than 2 minutes on foot. Being a new hotel, everything is sparking clean, and the staff take pride in their lovely hotel.The rooms arent huge, but big enough, especially given the location.

Hotel Kimberly was a great hotel,friendly staff and location is perfect for my needs,specially the added attraction is the Robinson Mall. love the internet access and its free,love the cable TV.very spacious room I had a superior room my mom enjoy staying also my brother and his two sons,I am going back to Manila on the 3rd of MAy just a couple of nights and I am planning to book again at Hotel Kimberly, and absolutely 101 percent I will recommend this hotel to my friend and from now on this is my kind of Hotel.One more thing its nice to have a swimming poollll.....I never had a changce to dine but I am sure that the food will be good.

Our stay in Hotel Kimberly is very good and we will come back next time in Manila. Because it is small only limited number of rooms have a view and surprisingly even with the karaoke in the hotel restaurant and opposite the road it is not noisy. The only downside is the tea/coffee facility as there is only a thermo jug provided and no tea or coffee. I love the location as it is very close to Robinson's Mall, reastaurants, internet cafe and the LRT (light rail tram) which makes it convenient for public transport.

Staff gave me service with smile, friendly, approachable, attentive and very helpful. Location is near MRT and other public transport, walking distance to Robinson's shopping mall, restaurants. Room size is quite big to what I paid for and bed is very comfortable.

Hotel Kimberly is in a great location, easy to get to from airport and LRT (Pedro Gil stop). The rooms were average to nice (I stayed 3 different times). One room had a mold problem in the bathroom. Staff were very friendly and accomodating. Wifi was free and functioned well in my first room, off and on in my second room and not at all in my 3rd room. It always worked in the lobby though.
Robinson Mall is a very short walk away with lots of great shopping and dining options. I did not try the hotel restaurant at night as it was always very loud and I left too early for breakfast.
If you are looking for someplace safe, clean and convenient without all the frills, I strongly recommend the Kimberly. I felt completely comfortable there as a woman traveling alone. As said in other reviews, if you are looking for luxury, look somewhere else.

Location is good, There is some convenience stores aroud the hotel and a big mall. There are a lot of restaurants and ATM in the mall. 

I find the place suitable to my needs. I am an American raised in the Philippines which means the hotel Kimberly could meet both international and local tastes. I find staying at the Hotel Kimberly worth my money that is why I referred to a couple of friends from the U.S. and they stayed there already and convinced that is the hotel where they want to stay when they are in Manila. If some more improvements will be made, I want to see a swimming pool since the Philippines is a tropical country. Keep watching the price to make sure it is competitive. I like the occassional promo the hotel offers. I will stay again, for sure

I spent a couple nights there and must admit, it wasn't a bad experience. The room was spacious enough, and the bathroom was nice. There was a safe in the closet and I liked that greatly. They even came up and showed me how to use it. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was close to the Robinson Mall and even close to the light rail system just down the block. Ate breakfast twice there and was satisfied both times. I really didn't have a bad experience white staying there.

Average Stay at the Kimberly I needed a place to crash while I was doing business. I chose the Hotel not only because it was near Robinson's Mall, but because it was near UP-PGH. I looked at possible places in the area and settled on Shalom Hostel or Kimberly.

I have stayed at this hotel with my family when we arrived Manila on May 8, 2009 for the three days and returned for another 6 more days before travelling back to Canada. Staffs are so nice, friendly and attention to detail. Foods were alright. Place are very convenient, nice and clean , it's a great place with family and/or for business and now that I am going back to the Philippines on June 12, 2009, I will definitely stay in this hotel again even for a short period of time.

very nice hotel way back in may 2007,i been looking a hotel to stay,becoz my family stayed in tropicana hotel but i want to stay alone and have a peaceful mind..me and my cousin went to have a look kimberly hotel becoz not far to my family i was surprised when we went to my bedroom i remember the room no. it was room 908.. very tidy and cleaned room that suite to me..the bathroom was quite big and the service is not to bad the staff are very polite and helpfull..two thumbs up for me....now im going home this end of august and im planning to stay again for 2 nytes with my partner..
